LEAVE OF ABSENCE
If the tuition account is in good standing, the Student may request a leave of absence for a period of up to one (1) year. During leave, studies will be suspended, and any active tuition payment plan will be paused. Upon return, a seventy-five dollar ($75) reinstatement fee will be required to resume the program and restore access to the student dashboard. If the leave extends beyond one (1) year, the Student’s status will automatically be changed to “Terminated,” and reapplication will be required under current tuition rates and program policies. Only one (1) leave of absence is permitted per program.
PROGRAM SELECTION
Program selection is final upon submission of this Agreement. No changes, substitutions, or transfers to another program will be permitted under any circumstances. The Student acknowledges that program selection determines tuition rate, curriculum, and degree path at the time of enrollment.
COURSE DUE DATES
Each course must be completed within two (2) months. A course may be extended one time for an additional two (2) months, with a maximum of three (3) course extensions permitted per program. However, no course extension can extend beyond the overall program completion deadline. The first course is due sixty (60) days from the date of your initial tuition payment. No course extension can extend beyond the overall program completion deadline.
Students who fail to submit any assignments within ninety (90) days of initial payment will be Blocked. If no coursework is submitted within 30 days of being blocked, the student will be terminated, regardless of payment status. Tuition payments do not substitute for academic participation. Reapplication will be required under current tuition rates and policies, and previously paid tuition may not be credited. No payments made under a prior or terminated enrollment will be applied, transferred, or credited toward any future enrollment or program.
PROGRAM DEADLINES
The program deadline is determined by the date the first tuition payment is made. The maximum time allowed to complete each program is as follows:
- Certificate: 1 year from the first payment date
- Bachelor’s Degree: 4 years from the first payment date
- Master’s Degree: 3 years from the first payment date
- Doctorate: 5 years from the first payment date
Completion of all program requirements must occur within these timeframes. If all tuition payments have not been made in full and all program requirements have not been completed within the specified timeframe, the Student’s enrollment will be terminated. Reapplication will be required under current tuition rates and program policies.
BLOCKED STATUS
At the discretion of Kingdom College of Natural Health, Inc. (KCNH), access to the student dashboard or program portal may be temporarily blocked for a variety of reasons, including but not limited to nonpayment, late assignment submission, violation of institutional policies, or pending academic review. While in blocked status, students will be unable to access coursework or submit assignments, and a leave of absence is not permitted.
- If a Student’s account is placed in blocked status due to tuition payments being ninety (90) days delinquent, the student will be granted thirty (30) days to pay the outstanding balance in full. Failure to pay in full within this period will result in automatic termination. KCNH Payment Terms are available at https://kcnh.org/payments-terms.
- If a Student’s account is placed in blocked status because of failure to submit an assignment for 90 days, the student will be granted thirty (30) days to submit. Failure to submit within this period will result in automatic termination.
