AGREEMENT
Kingdom College of Natural Health, Inc.
This Agreement is entered into by the undersigned (“Student”), who affirms they are over 18 years of age, and Kingdom College of Natural Health, Inc. (KCNH), Guam, USA (“KCNH”). By enrolling in any KCNH program, accessing the student dashboard, or submitting coursework, the Student acknowledges and agrees to abide by all institutional policies and the Terms of Use available at https://kcnh.org/terms-of-use.
COURSEWORK SUBMISSION/COMPLETION
The Student agrees to personally complete all program assignments and submit all work through their respective program dashboard. Submission of coursework by anyone other than the Student, or submission containing material not authored by the Student, will render any degree issued null and void.
PAYMENT TERMS
The Student agrees to pay the full tuition amount as presented at checkout. A ten percent (10%) discount applies if paid in full; otherwise, payment plans are available. Full payment terms are provided at https://kcnh.org/payments-terms.
LATE FEES
If tuition payments become thirty (30) days overdue, a twenty-five dollar ($25) late fee will be applied for each month the balance remains unpaid. If an account becomes ninety (90) days delinquent, the Student’s program dashboard will be placed in blocked status until all outstanding installments are paid in full. The student will be granted thirty (30) days from the blocked status date to pay the outstanding balance in full. Failure to pay in full within this period will result in automatic termination. While a student is in blocked status, a leave of absence is not permitted.
REFUND POLICY
Student terminates within 30 days: Full refund minus $100 administrative fee. Student terminates within 31–60 days: 50% refund of paid tuition. Student terminates after 60 days: No refund.
LEAVE OF ABSENCE
If the tuition account is in good standing, the Student may request a leave of absence for a period of up to one (1) year. During leave, studies will be suspended, and any active tuition payment plan will be paused. Upon return, a seventy-five dollar ($75) reinstatement fee will be required to resume the program and restore access to the student dashboard. If the leave extends beyond one (1) year, the Student’s status will automatically be changed to “Terminated,” and reapplication will be required under current tuition rates and program policies. Only one (1) leave of absence is permitted per program.
REINSTATEMENT
Reinstatement must occur within (1) year of leave of absence date and requires a seventy-five dollar ($75) reactivation fee and one (1) monthly tuition installment. If reinstatement fee is not paid within this year period, the Student is terminated and must reapply at the current tuition rate and previously completed coursework or tuition will not be credited.
BLOCKED STATUS
At the discretion of Kingdom College of Natural Health, Inc. (KCNH), access to the student dashboard or program portal may be temporarily blocked for a variety of reasons, including but not limited to nonpayment, late assignment submission, violation of institutional policies, or pending academic review. While in blocked status, students will be unable to access coursework or submit assignments, and a leave of absence is not permitted.
- If a Student’s account is placed in blocked status due to tuition payments being ninety (90) days delinquent, the student will be granted thirty (30) days to pay the outstanding balance in full. Failure to pay in full within this period will result in automatic termination.
- If a Student’s account is placed in blocked status because of failure to submit an assignment for 90 days, the student will be granted thirty (30) days to submit. Failure to submit within this period will result in automatic termination.
PROGRAM DEADLINES
The program deadline is determined by the date the first tuition payment was made. The maximum time allowed to complete each program is as follows:
- Certificate: 1 year from the first tuition payment date
- Bachelor’s Degree: 4 years from the first tuition payment date
- Master’s Degree: 3 years from the first tuition payment date
- Doctorate: 5 years from the first tuition payment date
Completion of all program requirements must occur within these timeframes. If all tuition payments have not been made in full and all program requirements have not been completed within the specified timeframe, the Student will be terminated. Reapplication will be required under current tuition rates and program policies.
TERMINATION
KCNH reserves the right to terminate a Student at its sole discretion, regardless of circumstances. Termination may also occur due to academic misconduct, plagiarism, or unauthorized use of artificial intelligence as defined by institutional policy. Once terminated, no refunds are issued and completed coursework is forfeited.
ACADEMIC INTEGRITY AND ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (AI) POLICY
KCNH upholds a spirit of mutual trust, fairness, and intellectual honesty in all academic work. This integrity framework applies to all enrolled Students and forms the ethical basis of the College’s Academic Integrity and AI Use Policy.
KCNH is committed to maintaining academic authenticity and ethical scholarship. The following terms define permitted and prohibited uses of artificial intelligence (“AI”) technologies in connection with any coursework, dissertation, or submission made to or through KCNH.
Permitted AI Use includes grammar, spelling, and formatting corrections; outlining or reference organization; literature summarization for personal comprehension; structuring citations, etc.
Prohibited AI Use includes generating, paraphrasing, or rewriting portions of academic work using AI; fabricating or simulating data, results, or citations; submitting AI-generated content as original Student work; or concealing or misrepresenting AI use. Any violation constitutes academic misconduct and may result in disciplinary review or termination.
All submissions will undergo review under the KCNH AI Integrity Evaluation Process, including stylometric or linguistic analysis to determine probable AI authorship. Where AI involvement is suspected, KCNH may issue a formal AI Integrity Report documenting findings and actions required. Students may be required to provide drafts, outlines, or research notes for review.
TEXTBOOKS
The Student is responsible for purchasing required textbooks.
COURSE DUE DATES
Each course must be completed within two (2) months. The first course is due sixty (60) days from the date of the initial tuition payment. A course may be extended one time for an additional two (2) months, with a maximum of three (3) course extensions permitted per program. However, no course extension can extend beyond the overall program completion deadline and only one course can be extended at a time.
DEGREE CONFERRAL AND CREDENTIAL USE
All program requirements and tuition payments must be completed before a degree is awarded. Degrees, diplomas, and official use of titles or designations are conferred only after the tuition balance is paid in full and the account is cleared. Until that time, using the title in any format (website, email signature, resume, or social media) is not permitted. Continued misuse of credentials may result in disciplinary or legal action.
HANDBOOK COMPLIANCE
The Student agrees to follow all guidelines in the KCNH Student Handbook and comply with institutional policies as published on the KCNH website.
PROGRAM SELECTION
Program selection is final upon submission of this Agreement. No changes, substitutions, or transfers to another program will be permitted under any circumstances. The Student acknowledges that program selection determines tuition rate, curriculum, and degree path at the time of enrollment.
GENERAL POLICIES
The Student agrees to comply with all KCNH rules, regulations, and policies as stated in the Student Handbook, this Agreement, and on the KCNH website.
HONOR CODE AGREEMENT
The purpose of this Honor Code is to communicate the meaning and importance of academic integrity to all members of the school community and to articulate and support the interest of the community in maintaining the highest standards of conduct in student learning.
KCNH embodies a spirit of mutual trust and intellectual honesty that is central to the very nature of learning and represents the highest possible expression of shared values among the members of the school community.
The core values underlying and reflected in the Honor Code are:
- Academic honesty is demonstrated by students when the ideas and the writing of others are properly cited; students submit their own work for assignments without unauthorized assistance; students do not provide unauthorized assistance to others; and students report their research or accomplishments accurately,
- Respect for others and the learning process to demonstrate academic honesty,
- Trust in others to act with academic honesty as a positive force in the school,
- Responsibility is recognized by all to demonstrate their best effort to prepare and complete academic tasks,
- Fairness and equity are demonstrated so that every student can experience an academic environment that is free from injustices caused by any form of intellectual dishonesty, and
- Integrity of all members of the school community as demonstrated by a commitment to academic honesty and support of our quest for authentic learning.
DISCLAIMER
The Kingdom College of Natural Health, Inc. (“KCNH”, “us”, “we”) Board of Directors reserves the right according to its articles and governing by-laws to grant certificates, diplomas, and post-secondary (Associate through Doctorate) degrees in the field of Natural Health and Biblical-based studies. KCNH is a private non-profit, international, educational, scientific, and religious-based distance learning college. All coursework is completed by students without the necessity of classroom attendance.
KCNH is not regionally accredited by the U.S. government. Accreditation or approval for an institution of learning represents a validation that programs have been thoroughly reviewed and found worthy of recognition. Based upon the needs of students, KCNH has chosen not to acquire national or regional accreditation from any group recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. Instead, we seek private accreditation from organizations well-versed in Natural Health and Biblical Studies that set rigorous standards for educational institutions. Graduates of KCNH programs are not qualified to diagnose health conditions or prescribe medications or pharmaceutical drugs. The programs and degrees offered are not to practice medicine. KCNH graduates do not diagnose or cure any disease and do not prescribe any medicines or pharmaceutical drugs. These studies are entirely separate from and not related to any secular, federal, or state-accredited degree or license that a graduate may hold.
Programs and degrees offered by KCNH are not equivalent or comparable to a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree. All course materials, faculty recommendations, and related information are provided for educational purposes only and are not intended to replace diagnosis or treatment by licensed medical practitioners. KCNH offers materials in good faith, believing them to be accurate. However, because use of these materials is beyond our control, KCNH makes no guarantees regarding outcomes and disclaims all liability for the use or misuse of its content. KCNH does not guarantee academic, professional, or employment outcomes as a result of program participation or completion.
KCNH is an educational provider and does not issue board or other professional certifications or licenses to practice. Graduates must not represent themselves as licensed medical practitioners or claim to diagnose, treat, cure, or prescribe. Students and graduates are strongly advised to avoid professional conduct that could be interpreted as examining, diagnosing, or treating clients for any disease, disorder, or condition. Licensed practitioners must comply with all laws and board regulations applicable to their specific practice, including any required state registration.
KCNH is not responsible for a student’s or graduate’s actions or for the interpretation or misinterpretation of any international, federal, provincial, state, or local laws. Students and graduates must consult all relevant licensing or certification boards and local laws for the regulations governing the practice of natural health and related fields.
