AHPLEX Terms

1. EXAMINATION ELIGIBILITY AND REQUIREMENTS

1.1. Eligibility

  • Applicants must meet professional qualification requirements
  • Previous education and experience documentation required
  • Valid identification (Driver’s License or Passport) must be submitted
  • Academic transcripts must be provided where applicable and if available

1.2. Technical Requirements

  • Compatible browser (Chrome or Firefox required; Safari not supported)
  • Updated operating system
  • Stable internet connection
  • Disabled browser pop-ups
  • Adequate computer specifications as specified in exam guidelines

 

2. EXAMINATION STRUCTURE AND CONDUCT

2.1. Examination Format

  • 16 separate test sections
  • Over 1,200 questions total
  • Multiple choice, true/false, and fill-in-the-blank formats
  • Total examination time of 17 hours and 25 minutes
  • Two attempts permitted per test section

2.2. Time Limitations

  • 90-day completion requirement from login credentials receipt
  • One 30-day extension available (only for tests/courses) not payments.
  • Individual section time limits as specified per section
  • 90-day completion requirement for any additional required coursework

2.3. Security Requirements

  • No minimizing browser window
  • No resizing browser window
  • No opening new tabs or programs
  • No screenshots or screen captures
  • No keyboard shortcuts (Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V, Print Screen, F12)
  • Two security warnings before examination termination

 

3. ACADEMIC INTEGRITY

3.1. Permitted Materials

  • Reference books only
  • No online resources allowed during examination
  • Specified textbooks as per provided list

3.2. Prohibited Conduct

  • Sharing examination content
  • Using unauthorized materials
  • Attempting to circumvent security measures
  • Allowing others to take examination on candidate’s behalf

 

4. GRADING AND COMPLETION

4.1. Passing Requirements

  • Minimum 75% score required per section
  • All 16 sections must be passed
  • Additional coursework required for failed sections (after 2 attempts)
  • No additional cost for required remedial courses

4.2. Remedial Coursework

  • 90-day completion timeline
  • Self-paced learning format
  • Specific methodology per subject
  • 75% passing score required

 

5. FINANCIAL TERMS

5.1. Examination Fees

  • $7,995.00 total examination fee and if paid in full, 10% discount
  • Additional textbook costs (purchased separately)
  • Various payment options available
  • Full payment required before degree conferral
  • If not paid on agreed timeline, enrollment will be archived and tuition payments and any tests/courses completed will be forfeited. New application is required (at current tuition cost) and no payment credits nor course credits are provided.

5.2. Refund Policy

  • 50% refund if cancelled before first test attempt
  • No refund after first test attempt
  • No refund after 30 days from first payment

 

6. DEGREE CONFERRAL

6.1. Requirements for Degree Award

  • Successful completion of all examination sections
  • Completion of any required additional coursework
  • Full payment of all fees
  • Compliance with all examination policies

6.2. Timeline

  • Degree and transcripts issued within 30 days of requirements completion
  • Only one degree obtainable through AHPLEX testing process

 

7. MODIFICATIONS AND TERMINATION

7.1. Institution Rights

  • Right to modify examination content
  • Right to terminate examination for security violations
  • Right to require additional documentation
  • Right to verify submitted information
  • Right to make changes at any time for any reason

 

8. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By proceeding with the AHPLEX examination, candidates acknowledge and agree to:

  • Accept the institution’s decisions regarding examination results.
  • Comply with all examination rules and procedures.
  • Accept the stated grading and evaluation criteria.
  • Maintain academic integrity throughout the process.
  • Meet all financial obligations.
